Growing up in one of the friendliest cultures in the world, I was always intrigued by how people would help each other out with their daily needs. I myself would help my neighbors with their chores, often doing their groceries along with mine, and they would reciprocate with a spicy cuisine or a small tip every now and then. I moved to the UK with the same values and the endeavor to facilitate collaboration through technological means. This birthed the idea of PeerDrop – a platform that connects you with locals in super stores for your daily grocery needs. Your locals could get a chance to earn on the side, while you get your groceries at your doorstep in a short time. Our vision is to connect millions of people and build a community that supports each other whenever needed. This is not going to be easy, but I firmly believe in the power of people.

PeerDrop is an online platform/application that aims to enable convenience by connecting online buyers to local shoppers
PeerDrop connects a personal shopper to the online shopper via GPS based mobile application. Upon successful connection, an itemized pick list is sent over by PeerDrop to a nearby personal shopper on behalf of an online shopper.
PeerDrop is a personalized and quick grocery delivery service. You don't have to pay a markup on the products and your order gets dropped at your doorstep in as little as 30 minutes, subject to the availability of a Peer. Plus you can always be a Peer yourself. Just drop orders on your way, get compensated, and help the local community with their daily grocery needs. All Drop Requests come from nearby, so you don't even have to travel the extra mile either.

We do not accept cash because we intend to provide our users with the best possible experience. This ensures a much more convenient process of payment for both our Peers and Patrons. You can only pay via credit/debit cards or PAYPAL.

A Peer is an everyday Joe who may be out for their grocery and is willing to bring your required items with a compensation.
Simply download our app and follow the instructions in the Grab & Drop section. You will be required to provide your personal & bank details, so we can run necessary background checks before getting you on board.
It only takes a few minutes to verify your details and set you up as a peer.
After marking yourself available, you need to provide us your destination. We will display you Drop Requests that are on your way. You can choose to accept or reject any order based on your convenience.
You will only be shown orders that are enroute your destination.
You do not get to choose where to deliver, the system intelligently allocates the orders most suited for you.
You can choose up to three (3) orders at once.

No, you can accept or reject orders based on your own convenience.
Yes, you will have to purchase the items yourself initially
Payouts are done within 48 hrs of a successful completion of an order. Note, there are no Payouts on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and on Bank Holidays. In that case, Payouts will be done the next working day.
The compensation varies between £4.5-£10/drop.
No, you do not have to own a vehicle to drop orders.
You are free to accept or reject an order without any penalty.
Yes, 2.5 hours after accepting an order is the maximum time given to you for dropping an order.
Simply message or call the Patron and inform them that the item is not available. In the event of no response, just uncheck that item and carry on with your shopping.

You have an option to contact the Patron via the in-app messaging service and a phone call option.
Yes, providing an original receipt for an order is required for the drop to be completed. The Patron has the right to reject an order if a receipt is not provided.
Yes, you will need to get a separate receipt for each order. Respective order receipts must be provided to each Patron.
A Patron is an online shopper looking for cost-effective and speedy grocery delivery.
You can make changes in your order until the acceptance of the order.
No, there is no limit to the number of items that you can include in an order.
Service charges vary from £5-£12.
Your order may get delivered in as little as 30 minutes, subject to the availability of a Peer.
The Patron has the option to cancel an order until a Peer is found without incurring any penalty. If an order is cancelled after that, service charges will be applicable. The option to cancel an order will not be available once the Peer is done with shopping.
Yes, we are available 24/7 subject to the availability of a Peer in your area.
Yes, you can schedule the time your order will Go Live in our system. The order will only be visible to the Peers for delivery once it goes live.

No, we do not accept any returns. You will get a receipt with your order which you can use to return the items at the relevant store according to store's return & exchange policy.
We recommend you to check all the items that you requested as well as the receipt before sharing the OTP with your Peer. This will ensure that you do not receive any order that doesn't belong to you and that you are paying the right price for your order. If there is still a problem, please contact us at support@peerdrop.com.
No, PeerDrop does not charge any markup on the listed items.
Yes, you can purchase any item that is listed on the app. The Peer may ask you to provide proof of age.
No, there is no Minimum Order Limit. Your order can be as low as £0.01!
